Camping and stabling are available at the AELEC, with both powered and unpowered sites. All camping and stabling bookings must be made through Nominate.

If you choose not to stay onsite at the AELEC, day parking is available and free of charge on the days you are required to attend.

There are also a range of accommodation options available throughout Tamworth outside of the AELEC. Any offsite accommodation must be sourced and booked independently.

Do you have to qualify for the National Finals?
Yes, you are required to qualify to be able to enter the National Finals. There are different requirements for our events. Check out the criteria here.
Where is the event held?
Each year the National finals is held at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre (AELEC), in Tamworth, NSW.
When do the entries open?
Once dates are confirmed we will notify all members.
What is the age of Futurity Horses?
Futurity horses age is 4,5,6 year olds.
How do I qualify my horse for the Futurity?
Qualifying for the Futurity is based on the horse and not the rider.

What is the age of Maturity Horses?
Maturity age horses are 7,8,9 year olds
How do I qualify my horse for the Maturity?
Just like the Futurity, Maturity horses are required to qualify.
